Welcome to the new look and flavour of our Lemon Lavender Kombcha!

 

A sip of serenity, just like harvesting herbs from a quintessential cottage garden. Enjoy notes of lavender with the bright, citrusy lift of lemon balm. This effervescent, very British kombucha is a firm favourite of our customers.

 

Made with love by hand in small batches at our brewery using traditional methods. Lavender flowers and lemon balm leaves are made into a deliciously fruity and floral tea, while lemon peels are gently distilled in our copper still to capture the scents and flavours before blending with our award winning kombucha to create a juicy aroma and soft, zesty flavour.

 

Made only with natural ingredients and absolutely no preservatives or additives. 

 

Our kombucha is packed full of vitamins, minerals, and probiotics from a slow, natural fermentation process. Probiotics are increasingly being recognised as essential to our health by making the nutrients, minerals and vitamins in in food more bio-available for our bodies. 

 

With an ABV of just 1.2%, our kombucha is enjoyable anytime day or night for a refreshing, invigorating boost. Offering rich, complex flavours from the fermentation of Sencha green and Assam black teas without the lows of higher alcohol or sugar-filled drinks.

 

Naturally sparkling, it mixes well with rum, gin, or your favorite spirit as well as all kinds of fruit and herbal infusions.
